Rip off by telling me they were pressing charges and have to be in court monday in ny or pay 858 today

Hi,
I received a phone call today from and Indian sounding Guy telling me he was attorney general office and I have criminal charges being brought against me for all kinds of things from fraud to theft and all kinds of things. It scared the crap out of me. I asked him all kinds of questions and he just kept repeating himself over and over. He said I got a payday loan in 2010 which I didn't get one then and that he could hurt my career and mess my life goals up and all kinds of stuff. I mean he was really harsh. What do I need to do with this? They want ne to pay 876.58 to them western union today! I don't have that kind of money floating around... I don't want this stuff to come back on me though! Thanks for the help!
