Unauthorized charges

I initially registered to get a minimal account of $5.00 every a few months and today I am being billed $15.00/month. I've evidently overlooked my log in info since I NEVER use the support. Therefore, I can't access my bill info to stop my membership plus they don't post every other way of contact; no telephone, no mail, no choice. Scam!!!
