He stole my entire life savings. He stated that he was a government official for Moldova. He stole my entire life savings and in return gave me a central bank guarantee which had his name on it. Watch out for this guy, I hope I am the only person he has stolen from. I never saw my over a hundred and fifty thousand dollars again.
