Harassing phone calls

This collection company retains calling me despite the fact that I let them know I am not the individual they're attempting to achieve. I blocked their 800 number and today they're calling me from the local variety. I've named and requested to talk to a to help make the calls end and Iam placed on store with no one actually returns. I've told them Iam not the individual they're attempting to achieve and also have requested many times they consider my amount off their phone listing however they keep calling.
