I'm a season-ticket owner for numerous professional sport groups. I recently offered 2 seats to get a sport through Stubhub. I'd properly joined the area and strip info of the two seats that I offered. Because of discrepant data that Stubhub uses set alongside the established seating data supplied by the activity group, I mistakenly chosen the incorrect area worth about the Stubhub sellers site.

After my tickets offered, I obtained a phone from Stubhub the customer is declaring my seats weren't sold as advertised. I told them the area & strip info was outlined properly, but I recognize after talking with the consultant the area worth was wrong. I recommended this was an honest error and that I had precisely outlined the area & strip info properly once the customer chose to purchase the seats. The consultant stated that they'd examine and obtain back again to me. No body returned in my experience. Alternatively, I had been billed 2x what I offered the seats for included in the "Lover Promise" plan. I had been not informed or approved this cost on my charge card.

I tried to work well with Stubhub to correct the problem, detailing the way the seating information on Stubhub was diverse from the main one supplied by the state location website. They didn't accept and stated that Stubhubis seating information is definitely the right one. I also mentioned that I outlined my area and strip info properly once they customer chose to purchase the seats, however they didn't accept this both.

Because I wasn't ready to solve this with Stubhub, I approached my CC organization to determine when they may correct the problem. A couple of days later, Stubhub stopped my consideration, and terminated all my active entries including one which was impending purchase. I named Stubhub to ask why my consideration was stopped, plus they mentioned that it had been since I questioned the "Lover Promise" costs with my charge card business. Easily wish to have my account reactivated, I'd have to shut my challenge with my charge card business.

Our creditcard consultant pleaded and begged Stubhub to change the costs, however they stood company about the cost. Up to now, I've settled the "Lover Promise" costs, but I'd like potential customers to become conscious of Stubhubis danger when selling seats.
