Credit Corp. Rip-off!

I received a letter in the mail for a credit card offer. I was told the limit would be 10,000 dollars with an 12% APR. It asked that I send in $37 for the annual fee and I was pre-approved. I sent in the money haven't heard anything back from them as of yet. I sent the money order in on the 22nd of April. I tried calling the 888 number and it was just a recording asking if I wanted to be removed from their mailing list.
