Fraud claim against me

I had been recently approached by maintenance company who stated that Wells fargo had submitted a criticism against me to get a mortgage I'd removed. Nevertheless, I never removed any loan and not obtained any paperwork of such mortgage. Today they've submitted a state against me. It's obvious that there's some scam that's occurred but this scam is on-error of Wells Fargo. Cause being is the fact that my credit is really poor that I really could not really removed a $200 mortgage however they declare that I'd a $1,600 mortgage from their website.
