Payment systems sarah told me my rate would be 1% to 1.99% ended up over 4%

Payment systems sales person sarah was here and told me they would process my credit card for 1% for regular cards and 1.99% for hand key cards and they would save me about $1400.00 a year. The first 2 months i was with them they charged me over 4% and had several other annual fees that were never mentioned. Therefore i would end up paying almost double. I contacted them (5) several times and they said they would have someone get rite back to me and no one ever called back. So i had no choice but to change company.
