Got a stupid merchandise card instead! Dirty Trick!

I paid $37 for a credit card with a $5000 credit limit and 0% APR and I got a phony card in the mail along with their catalog. There is no phone number to call and no way to contact anyone at this company. I am infuriated at the gall to rip people off especially so close to the holidays and when everyone is so hard up for cash.
