Reimbursement of money wrongfully taken from me

In December my dad joined into an arrangement with Donnell economic team. The conditions of his contract had nothing whatsoever to complete the contract I'd using the same organization a long time just before his. Sadly he died after 8 weeks in to the contract and left no funds. For whatever reason, Donnell experienced I had been accountable for this debt as well as for 10 weeks taken $250. Oo from my compensation checks. Understanding these were incorrect which is certainly illegitimate, the breaks ceased but I'd like my $2500.00 dollars back. I've NO motives of permitting Donnell to maintain this income. I just need what's because of me nevertheless, it has been happening for such a long time possibly I'm eligible for a bigger amount.
