Premium One Benefits will steal $239 with NO customer service WHATSOEVER

On April 13, like several other reports on here, I foolishly allowed the company to deduct $239 from my checking account. Immediately after, thinking the offer too good to be true, I did some internet research and found this site. Needless to say, my stomach fell when I read the reports I found. Somehow I knew I'd be next.

I then tried to phone the company and cancel the service, but couldn't get anyone on the phone. Finally, a day after my account had been drafted, not willing to give up, I phoned again, and actually got someone on the line that trailed off the companies name when they answered. She promised to transfer me, but nobody ever "picked up". There was no hold music or anything, just silence on the line. Eventually I hung up and called back, but got no answer. I tried again and again, and finally got the "receptionist" to offer to help me, she said that no refunds were processed, and so I requested a manager.

A Mr. Paul Blake then took the call, and the first words out of his mouth were, "Whatever my secretary told you, I'm going to tell you the same." I then said, "But you haven't even heard me yet." He said "I pay my secretary $60,000 a year to deal with this, and I don't have time to talk to you." I laughed and said, "Nice try, seriously..." I began to explain my problem, but was rudely interrupted repeatedly.

I never got far with the guy, but I did promise that he hadn't heard the last of me. Since then I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I have no intention of stopping there.
