Litton Loan Servicing
Wants to take my house. Rip-off!

Litton has been my mortgage loan servicer since 1999. During that time, they have tried to put my home in foreclosure twice. We have tried to refinance with them but the "investors" waited till the last minute to deny us. The employees at Litton kept telling us everything was a go and then one day it wasn't. They never gave me a reason why. We were two months late and they put it in foreclosure. They would do me a favor and let me buy it back but I have to pay $10k to do it.

My payment has gone up $600 per month and they won't show me as current on my credit report until I pay the entire foreclosure amount off in 2005. This really makes it hard to refinance with someone else when it looks like your mortgage is behind. They really want to take my house and get my equity I think.

I also found out they have someone coming out once a month to take pictures of my house (to make sure I am taking care of it) and charging me for them to come out, even though I knew nothing about it. I would love to know how to fix this but I don't have a clue about what to do, other than make the payment they've stuck me with and try to not lose my house.
