Ripoff! Con artists! They tried to get me to tell them my bank account number!

They told me I could get a 4% isa or Mastercard from over 250 banks. Then asked for my checking acct # told I could get free long distant phone service. I said No because I have a national plan. They said it take 8 days to recieve info in the mail At 189.95 and a 29.95 fee
