Ripoff I sent in a check for my son to stuff envelope but have not received any material

My son who is disable wanted to make some money by working at home so we decided to work for this company. I sent them a personal check for $38.00 dollars. I would like to get my money back from them. I feel sorry for people that would do this type of mess to someone who just want to make money to supplement their income. What is this world coming to?
