Rude and Uninformed Staff Across Cards, Loans and Mortgage

The worst ever. I have credit cards, car loans, bank accounts and even a mortgage with Chase. Never in my life have I come across such a large group of rude, uninformed, stupid, and arrogant and condescending buffoons. I mean across the board - everything is always a problem, nobody is ever helpful, competent or even slightly informed. The frustration level you will experience dealing with this bank is almost (and often times likely) criminal.
