Americredit Financial Svcs
Aka allied credit companies aka cavalry portfolio services ripoff i hope they do go down so no one else can be harassed or damaged by their lack of ethics anymore

I am putting in this report because i used americredit and got taken advantage of too. Besides the high interest rates they charged, i am also not pleased with their billing practices.

My experience with them is they are tenacious in making sure that no one will look at your credit. I was injured on the job and to make a long story short my car got reposessed that was all good. Then i went to buy a car a couple years later and dealerships looked at me funny and i didn't understand why. Til i went to honda and they asked me where the car was i had, i was taken by surprise and said what car. The dodge, i said well they took it a couple years ago.

The dealership said well that is not how it appears on your report. They were inquiring every month to make it look like i still had the car and when i challenged this on my credit report from equifax they had it removed because the company did not respond. That was over a year ago.

I went in to apply for a home mortgage and they had the same thing on the report with the other two credit bureaus and i was really surprised about that. The mortgage company asked me what happened and i said well i had it removed from my report and they could see that but they are saying it looks as if it was charged off your account this january and i said there is no way that can be accurate. For one when they take a car they resell it so you should have some credit to your account if not all of it. But not them; they harass your credit til no one will look at you and make false statements on it. That is my experience and i am putting in another report to deal with them as we speak.

As for americredit i hope they do go down so no one else can be harassed or damaged by their lack of ethics anymore.
