AGM International -Allegro Global Marketing ripoff scam dishonest

Dear sir

I joined this AGM Internation home based business on Octover 2003.

I paied them basic business level (cost US$760) and I upgraded business level to platinum level (cost US$8,000) on January. (total US$8,760)

After i joined basic business level and i requested my commission 2 months later through e-mail and they replyed me back and saying that i made $750 sales commission. But they didn't pay me and they said that they will pay me next month.

Also, they said if i make any sales, they will send e-mail to me automatically, but they never send e-mail. They only inform me when i request my sales commission information.

They said i made 3 sales (US$750) comission. So i believed this business is good and turst and I asked many question about this business (e. G, upgrade level and Global Control Center Web site)

They reply me e-mail very quickly when i asked upgrade level business.

When i asked wether i can get my own Global Control Center Web site and they will give me the Global Control Center Web site (information about daily sales comission and visitor number) when i upgrade platinum level business.

Also, they said i can pay them US$7,250 instead US$8,000. Because, I had credit US$750 (sales commission) and they will add it to get platinum level business.

Therefore, i upgraded business to platinum level. Because the platinum level will make it higher comission.

Also, my friend transfer his basic level of this business to me.

After i upgraded platinum level and pay them, I didn't receive any e-mail from them.

I sent comission request e-mail and Global Control Center Web site request e-mail to them many times. But they didn't reply me e-mail at all and they didn't give me Global Control Center Web site as well.

I sent them FAX about requesting my Global Control Center Web site. But they didn't reply me and ignored me. I keep on sending commission request e-mail. But they never reply me now.

I feel that they put my e-mail address into their black e-mail list.

Last month i refered one person this business and i should receive referral sale commisson. But they didn't pay me at all.

Now, i believe that they scam to me and i read another consumer complaints from internet website. It make me this company is very bad.

I am very worried that i will not refund my money.

This company website said that i only can request refund money after 1 year with money back policy (400 hours working promotion)

Do i have to keep working up to 400 hours?

I can't contact them. Because they don't put their office phone number and this company is oversea in USA.

Is it possible to refund money from them?
Could you pleas help me?
