Worst business I have EVER dealt with

I've recently requested a mortgage, and obtained a duplicate of my existing credit history. Since I have was a target of Accurate-Title-Scam, there have been several balances about the statement which were not mine.including one to get a 99 Ford Explorer. I proceeded to contact your customer support heart to ensure that I might get a notice from your own organization declaring that I've been mistakenly claimed. I talked with 3 various customer support reps. Each consultant requested for my bill number (the amount was outlined on my credit history). I offered it for them, plus they all explained the same.'That Is to get a 99 Ford Explorer'. I proceeded to inform them that I actually do not. And not have, possessed a ford explorer. They asked for my cultural. And so I gave it for them. Lo and See, they inform me 'this is not you about the consideration' (nicely, really. I've been attempting to let you know that) I requested to get a notice declaring the things they had simply explained. Unfortunatly, they can't provide account information to anybody but the account case. (I had been in ownership of the bill number). All I needed was a bit of document that removed my title from the mortgage which wasnot actually mine. I requested to talk to a supervisor. Following a 5-minute yelling fit, I eventually screamed WOULD YOU NOT HOLD THE USE OF MICROSOFT WORD? And hungup.

I'd to document a police statement, contact all three-credit organizations, SUBSEQUENTLY employ a credit counseling support to obtain them to create a notice towards the credit businesses.

I'm ashamed. I've never, ever endured financing with one of these individuals. Our credit is about the point, simply because they neglect to verify sources. It is unfortunate that someone may visit a dealer and obtain financing with my title and tackle along with a VARIOUS interpersonal quantity.
