Harassing phone calls

Telephone calls stated from US Bank where my boy includes a bank account. Repeatedly told them we didn't need them to contact - they never stated it had been about insurance - ultimately got an insurance policy and type which mentioned there will be a $19.95 cost removed every month - That Is incredible. I told my boy to hold up but he didnot so when questioned what it had been about, he explained he didnot understand - They speak quick - I believe the banks which are in cooperation together must have their brains examined. No further thumbsup for people bank
