Today we checked with Twin City Federal to put some more money in my wife's account and found we owed them $28.43. We left 110 dollars in it 3 years ago, and never touched it. But after we put the money in they changed the rules and instituted a 10 a month fee for accounts under 100 dollars. We moved to florida and received no statements. They found a way to get it under 100 dollars and took out money every month until it was overdrawn. Ending up at -28.43 and then they closed the account. They made no effort to contact by phone or email even though they had all this information.
They did offer to take care of the money we "OWED" them.
