ChCardFreedom Took Money From my account without my authorization

I was re-newing my drivers license on line and saw 2 different amounts, so I cancelled the entire transaction until I could speak with them and the next thing I knew there was an unauthorized amount deducted from my bank account for an amount that did not match either that I had previously seen.

The company that deducted the amount did not have anything to do with the drivers license burea and when I tried to find them on line, there was no contact information of course and over 600,000 complaints had already been filed on them.
