Unprofessional People complaint

My mother passed away recently. I had signed with her to buy furniture from a local dealer who uses HSBC. My mother passed away in October.in November without notifying me, these people reported to Experian and crushed my credit which has ALWAYS been excellent! I've tried to contact them and they refuse to give me information. I want to pay and for them to clear my credit. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau. These people are very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing!!!
