Ripped us off, lead us on for months to no avail, no loan, but they conned me out of $300.00. Ripoff

This Company says they can loan to anybody, anytime. They knew upfront I was buying an agricultural parcel w/dwelling on it to convert to a home.

After they got my $300.00's western unioned to them, suddenly my loan was placed on the inactive file due to the fact they didnt do agricultural loans. Then after speaking with another person, he said the other person was fired for doing that and that I could still get the loan.

After several weeks of calling them, I could never ever get a live person on the phone. Finally I left a msg on their voice mail and threatened to call the BBB. Ironically, the very next day when I tried to call them, the were "experiencing technical difficulties. This went on for weeks and now when I try to call, the phone line is busy, all day, everyday.

I have even written them a letter demanding my $300.00 application fee back, not to mention the only apprasial that I have, which cost $350.00 that was supposedly needed by Money Tree. I cannot get my appraisal back now due to Money Trees fraudulent affairs. It has cost me alot of money, not to mention time and anquish. I am thorougly disgusted with this so called company.
