Tenant Evicted since Wells Fargo won't pay check

Our tenant is facing foreclosure for low payment of lease, but rather of spending money as needed they posted a Wells Fargo individual momentary look for cost. I attempted to assist them by calling and getting it personally towards the nearby Wells Fargo department to make sure cost and prevent the foreclosure procedure. There they mentioned the check is great however they WOn't spend the check until I publish to being fingerprinted. I'm not really a legal, an extremely respected local entrepreneur. Obviously, i will not be handled just like a typical felony. Our lender, Suntrust (excellent BTW) named Wells Fargo and agreed to assure my trademark for them however their "supervisor", whonot have a nametag or business-cards will not spend the legitimate check, making me without any option but to come back the broken check and go to evict the silly tenant who created the mistake among a lot of trustworthy Wells Fargo. Submitted OCC and BBB issues over their rejection to pay for a due check.

Do Not make the error of relying this fly-by-night lender that hits into city, gets control Wachovia, wont recognize their inspections and evidently cannot actually manage business cards.
