Rip-off! They mislead me. Exaggerated work described and they lied about description of work being offered

Typecentral was found on a search for a home-based typist position. I went to their website where it described the type of work to be done (very vague). Here's the actual description:

You will be typing labels for a major marketing firm. Your pay is $200 - $400 per assignment. All materials needed for the position will be provided in your home typist kit. All you need is either a typewriter or basic computer and a standard printer.

PART-TIME WORK
Please be advised that this is part-time work, however, some home typist have earned up to $400 per assignment with our company. Taxes are not deducted from your paychecks. SPECIAL LIMITED OFFER - For a limited time, we will refund your full registration fee upon completion of your first work assignment.

REGISTRATION FEE
Because our work is subcontracted, the registration fee is a one-time fee. The registration fee covers the cost of your training kit, compensation plan, all labels needed for all future assignments and editing cost that we will incur each time you complete an assignment. You will never have to pay any additional fees.

CANCELLATION
Home typists may cancel at anytime. However, the work needs to be completed and if you choose not to complete the assignments, we will have to complete the assignments for you. We do not refund for incomplete assignments. Thus we are looking for serious home typist only.

After receiving my "kit" it just had 30 address labels where I had to compile my own names and addresses after posting cards advertising a home typist job.

After people inquire about the work, they are to send back $5 in cash to which I send Typecentral $2 with the inquiries' info.

The internet ads instruct people to go to their website and put your ID# as the referral. Free advertising for them. Who knows if you'll ever see any $ from that!
