This is a rip off bank headquartered in crown point Indiana. They lie they cheat and they steal from the individual. They say one thing and do another, all to their benefit. They cut no slack, if their employees make a mistake they resort to policy stating that bank policy is the ruling force. They will retaliate if caught, that is the employees; they have little or no scrupples as to who they hurt. They operate under the umbrella that they are family owned but, their decision on you the customer is for their gain only.

Anyone doing business with this bank should be made aware that they will retaliate if fired upon, they mean to hurt you, be prepaired for a fight! They will back down if you retain the servicesof a competent attorney. They bluff untill that point. It will cost you a retainer. But they will back off rather than paying legal fees if it could go to a jury!
