Checking debit through my bank

I see an unauthorized debit on 8/24 on my checking account in the amount of $59.00. My bank was unable to help to identify the exact reason for the debit, but recommended I go to the website AMZ.com/BILL WA, which led me to this site where numerous people have reported unauthorized debits from the same company! Please help!
