I was taken in by Janian & Associates as well. I was told to stop paying my payments. The whole nine yards. Every time i called to talk to someone it was always oh that person was fired or just leave a voice mail. No calls were ever returned to me. I requested a refund numerous times but was never given one. I actually had to cal my loan company and do the loan modification myself! In the seven months they only contacted my loan company one time right after i contracted their services and the only question they asked was is the home in foreclosure and then they hung up. These guys are a joke and I hope you read this before it is too late!
