Capital Choice Consumer Credit - wwhat a rip off

With a 49.99 check or money order, i was supposed to get a $5000 credit card... I haven't recieved it, and when i called the 800 number an automated machine comes on and their is no option to speak to a human (it disconnects) and "my approval number isn;t in their records"... Can you help me. Please?
