Ripoff fraud and scam artist

I was told I could get an unsecured credit card for $219.90 and that I had 3 "CALENDER DAYS" to cancel. I called the company on 3/23,3/27, and 3/29 to tell them I wanted a refund. I was told that I had to get the package containing my credit card information first.

Well, I got the package on 4/1 I called them on 4/6 to tell them I had the package and I want my money back. They told me I had three calender days, which included a Saturday and Sunday which they are not available, to contact them. They also said they have a recorded conversation with me agreeing to three days. I informed the so called manager that they were not there on 2 of the 3 days. She told me I could have left a message on a non existing answering machine and Why didn't I call on 4/2 or 4/5. I told her legitimate businesses give people 3 business days and that I have reported them to the FBI.

My next step is The Utah BBB, state Attorney General, state and federal congressman and maybe even CNN and that they will give me a refund. An AI rep called me today 4/8 and said I had until Monday 4/5 to call them and that 3 days started the day I got my package, that is different from what "Stacy" said. If anyone has gotten a refund, please notify me.
