Ocwen is Trying To Steal My Home

I fell behind in my payments and was then notified of an auction on my house. I called nd was then told I could do a mod., was sent the package filled it out, and waited for my appointment call, which then let me know that the actual owner of the loan sows not do any mods. What so ever. How can they get away with out right lying to people? Oh and to top it off was told that they should have never offered the mod. And should have never sent me the package to start with. What the *???
