Took my money and then disconnected phone. Still I got no package

I sent them 25 dollars in september and then a month later they sent me a package requesting my personal information. (it was only supposed to take 10 business days). When they sent the package they said they needed an extra five dollars for shipping and handling. I sent it and still i got no response. Their phone number has been disconnected or changed and thier website is not accessible. They wasted my time, money and information.
