Ripoff fraud bogus collections

My 17 year old Daughter got one of these bogus "collection alert" messages from north shore agency. She never ordered a magazine subscription from "seventeen" magazine, but they billed her as if she had.

Do NOT pay these, send a letter of protest, or if you call them there is an option on their own phone system that tells them you never ordered the magazine.interesting...

This is a simple scare tactic. Why the attorney general does not get involved is beyond me. Maybe that's why they keep the amounts so small.
