Ripoff this company forced foreclosure proceedings by refusing to correspond until it was too late Even when they told us the home had been sold

Back in Nov we fell behiind in our mortgage we made arrangements. However, the representative stop returning calls to inform us on how to proceed with the arrangements.in short they never responded until we got a notice in the mail stating we had to leave the premises that it was now owned by another bank. We had the cash to pay our acct current mind you. WE were basically forced into foreclosures proceedings. Not knowing who to contact or where to seek help we found ourselves homeless after 12 years of struggling to keep our first home, with now 2 children in the home with us. What a humiliating experience this was. I would really like to know how many others there are out there with a similar story to tell.

I want to seek punitive damages, and force this Predatorial company to correct the mess they have made on our credit records.
