Provided no service, would not give money back

I settled the charge online for that support but discovered used to do not require a passport for vacation. I never received any details about not getting a reimbursement must I alter my brain concerning the passport just before spending. I requested exactly the same evening to get a reimbursement and was informed there have been no discounts. They offered no support for me personally. NONE I merely discovered a passport wasn't required AFTER hitting deliver. I'd like my money-back and that Iam employing a lawyer.
