Unfair and Illegal Collection Practices Amherst

This company calls my 90 year old Mother 3-5 times per day. This is after she has told them I don't live there and have not lived there for many years. I have called them, gave them my phone number and they still only call her. I don't know why they are trying to contact me and I have only got the run around with trying to put an end to this hassle. This has been going on for about two months now.

As I understand the law, it is illegal for them to continue to harass my Mother.
