Unfair Hiring Process

I interviewed with Greg Rouse and he openly admitted hiring women from banks with no experience. I have over 13 years experience in the mortgage business and was not offered the position for unknown reasons. I contacted them back to ask why I was not offered the position and they blew me off and would not even reply. This man hardly had anything to say and had two big huge earrings in both ears and was the manager for that dept. I have excellent credentials and they had no reason not to hire me other than I must not have fit the picture of what someone should look like to work there. It's rediculous what you have to go through to get a job with too much experience..
