This company promised me a refinance on my existing home loan @ 2.875% w/a 50k cash out. Then over a period of two months took away the cash out and raised the interest rate and fees. After doing most all the foot work for this guy, he had the nerve to change the game at the very last moment stating I would have to bring an additional $1800 to the table to close the deal.
