I am writing this because, I received a bill for money that I never opened an account with. Then when I tried to call to get this resolved, the phone number they give stays busy even after hours. I have read the online reports about this company and they have been doing this kind of thing for a while now. Why should I have to pay or something I never even ordered in the first place. Something needs to be done.
