Chad Littleton DBA Starwood Mortgage is a crook and a dork. Do business with him and you will get burned.

I worked with him on a home loan as a contract processor for my client. He talked a good game at first but it didn't take long for us to see the guy doesn't know what he's doing. He fumbled around making mistakes and excuses causing us to miss closing deadlines twice.

Not only is he totally incompetent but he's a liar and a thief.

When the deal finally closed he collected my fee from the title company and disappeared. I called and emailed him for days before he finally answered only to say he "ran in to a situation and spent my share of the money".

Of course he said he was going to pay me from the next deal in a week but that never happened.
I'm still chasing him around but he's still claiming he's flat broke, got a new situation/problem etc.
It's looking like I'll have to take him to court.

I checked the Plano BBB and they have him rated F for failure to respond to complaints.

This guys is slippery so Beware. Save your self a lot of trouble and call someone else if you need a mortgage.
