David Kooper, John, Robin Ross Cash Advance Usa SCAM —BEWARE! I was another victim of theirs!

I received a phone call at my job this morning 09/02 from a gentleman (John) who could barely speak english... So we know "John" is an alias... Stating that I was being taken to court and he would not disclose his number or any info on the company or person doing this. I repeatedly asked him what was this about... And he asked if I had been contacted before regarding this account... However he could tell me the last 4 of my ss... My work number and my account number and email address... Well, after not successfully getting the info I was asking of him he finally gives me a number to contact regarding the matter and 2 names... I hang up and call the number provided and ask to speak with one of the 2 names I was given. The guy said that David Cooper was not available and that he was Robin Ross... But later in the conversation he states that he is just a paralegal working for Robin Ross... This guy was like the first... His English was terrible as was his accent... So let's just guess this name was made up as well... He had all my info... Was extremely rude and was saying that they were out of California and I got money and wrote checks to them that did not clear... Now here is the good part... I do not write checks! I only use my debit card or withdraw cash for everything i do... Hmmmmm... I was told all the same ifno the other guy who was contacted in 2009 by the same company... Not to interrrupt him and yes he had all my info... Really scary because now I will have to close my account and this guy says I have been contacted several times and am not returning their calls... It is illegal to contact someone at work... But then I never did this nor gave out my work number... Lol... This guy never gave me an account number as they did the previous guy that wrote in on this company... He said on Monday which is Labor Day... Which shows these foreign idiots who do not acknowledge our holidays are that dumb to realize we are not at the office most likely on a holiday... Well, he states I will be served by the sherriffs office on this day... Hmmm... Well PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT FALL FOR THESE CALLS!!! I have no loans from these people and I even accessed my account while on the phone with the guy to make sure they have not taken any money from my account... Luckily they did not... I do not know how they came across my information... Maybe because I have ordered products on line and pay my bills online... in which I will not do any longer... But this guy is trying to get me to pay them $3552... And he kept saying to get an attorney... I know I have never heard of this company until they called me and then I looked them up and found the site and then this page where other people have become their victims...
