Refund refused unless I recruited three families

I enrolled last month (March) in Primerica and paid $199.00 to cover for the four workshops that I'm going to attend to become licensed agent. But I only attended once and then I quit because I felt this is not for me.

So I contact the agent who invited me to tell her the reason (going back to my country of origin for good) for full refund of my money. So she told me, aside from insulting my financial status, that i can get my money back if and when I can invite/find three families for the company. So I said what? That's no longer my problem, we don't have any agreement, so she still insist.

Until now she never contacted me and I was really devastated!
