Poorly managed business

I bought furniture to be produced by Luxury of Leather over this past year. The furniture appeared as if an 8th-grade store task. The support joints were uneven, the leather folded-over on itself and sewed such that it puckered, overstuffed in one single place, under-filled in others…The store-manager didn't challenge the issues I'd. I never create grievances however they have bothered me so much and proceed to do this 24 months later that ought to be ware when using the services of the corporation. This can be a badly handled company!
