Nancy Nice targets consumers with bad credit-takes the money and runs. -now Possibly In Texas, Texas

Hundreds of consumers in our area have been ripped off by this company. They started business in November or December. They advertised that they could get credit cards (Visa and mastercard) for an up-front fee of $80.00. Some consumers paid as much as $240.00 each. The consumers were told that they should receive their cards in the mail in a few weeks.

The business closed up two weeks ago. Our office (prefer not to mention) has received hundreds of calls on this. When I researched this, the website www.creditcardlocators.com I could not get a reliable link between the local scam and the website.

The local scammers never did get a city occupational license. They rented a nice office, brought in some very nice furniture and started sending out fliers and cheap brochures to local churches, motels, car dealers, etc. Once they got the consumers attention, they would insist on having the money up front. Now they are gone.

Here are the possible links.

Persons name who opened the office is Nancy Nice, possible address is 1006 Dorothy St., Houston Tx. She showed a Houston Drivers License to the person she rented the office space from. Her cell phone number is 832-434-8799.

Another possible link is universalmoneycard.com. It offers the same type of scam routine. I'm referring everyone who calls to the Federal Trade Commission.
