National Audit Defense Network/Oryan Management Fraudulent sales tactics

It seems to me that NADN and Oryan Mgt. Are two divisions of the same company. Here in WI it is illegal to broker a business under fraudulent claims (ie. Selling these website business under the guise of illegal tax breaks) and the person who hires the broker to sell that business is as liable for the claims made by the broker as the broker who made the fraudulent claims.

To me these websites were sold using whatever fraudulent means they could come up with. Under that basis alone, we should be eligible for a refund. Compare this to any other purchase you make, if any purchase you make on any product fails to live up to it's claims, a reputable company will allow you to return it for a full refund. These websites did not live up to their claims. They don't function properly and they did't fulfill the ADA tax incentive program. Everything about how they were sold was fraudulent.

What a headache it has been to deal with NADN and Oryan Management. I don't know about you, but I could surely have found more productive things to do than to be forced to fight these companies to refund my money. But the stakes are too high to do nothing and the principle of this issue is too important. Many of us thought we were doing something worthwhile as well as getting ahead financially.

When I told NADN that I had contacted the authorities and the attorney general of Nevada providing names and dates they have ceased contacting me. They even got a little testy with me when I told them whose names I had sent to the authorities. ASked me how I can sleep with myself at night. I asked them the same question.

So keep making the emails and calls and keep trying to get our money back. Power in numbers.
