Statement Regarding:

Xxxxxxxx on going Identity thief and attempting collection fraud from Capital and possible link withMarauder.

Here we go again, CapitalJust Capital They are out scamming, scamming, and scamming again on poor unsuspecting people again or they never really stopped. This second round is separate from my brothers first identity thief case with (Marauder) and now he is getting calls from a Capital (Just Capital.)

Possibly linked Capital with Marauder on consumer complaints; I was not surprise at all, a current complaint stating a bad check fraud. Capital called and left a nasty unfounded threatening messages about my friend Passing bad electronic checks and they will be drawing up legal paperworks to service a summons and sheriff to come to his work and take him to jail; all on one message.

However. There is still a window of opportunity for him to get this clearedwire us some $ Oh really??? Seeit all just dont fit in the box!!!

Then20 minutes later they called our friends and left nasty message, basically saying the same thing and in the process breaking all the laws in the book, To me that is Defamation of character, and a federal offense, Invasion of privacy and stomping on his and our constitutional rights, stupid really because now our friends can be witnesses.

Im more pissed off then my brother is because, I am very concern about his health, he just got over a heart attack due to all this identity thief and other stress factors just was too much; in the hospital he went. Now here we go again!!! I will not stand by while these bloodsuckers try to get into my brothers pocket and aggravated more stress on him!!! I had to fight back and try to get some information from Capital. Maybe Capital should have not left those threats on all our answering machines.

They left a phone # (888-453-0820 x178) I called them back, asking for info, stating I was representing my brother legally due to identity thief and have documentations I would like to send to clear his name Capital now Capital and Associates So this rep that called answered (REALLY NASTY GUY-KENNETH - BAD MOUTH - DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING) Thats when I knew it was all a big scam Have had the experience Kenneth asked for my bar #- I replied, Who said I was a lawyer you think I need a lawyer? Then he asked me for my PI #- I informed Kenneth that he is never going to speak with my friend (Due to his Identity thief) so work with me, if you are a real company and have a real claim then give me some info and lets straighten this out, anything email address-web-site-address, anything!!! He just got more nasty and louder, till I was louder then he. My finally words were: Do what you got to do then. If we have to go to court we will counter for damages and I hung up. I warned them not to contact my brother work anymore since they were not willing to cooperate.
Really it is a identity case and on going obviously!!!

Now more messages on from them on brothers work phone, yelling at him, stating they will contact his H. R and find out the proper procedure on how to service and arrest him. This was kind of funny, why tell him, just do it! You think if they do this day in and day out they would know what to do to serve him. Just more systematic, scare tactics use by white color criminals to get $ from people already suffering. Of coarse we already know the claims are un-founded and the way they conducted themselves tells us it is all a big scam. Which Im more than certain I linked back to Marauder Corporation again via rip off report, all makes sense to me and I have some proof!!! Oh and another Thing Kenneth stated that they use a third party to contact us that left those nasty messages not us-Locators services of orange county. If my friend live in Sacramento, I can guaranteed you it would have been - (Locator services of Sacramento!!!) What a joke!!! If you are going to rip people off a lease be smart about it-they feed on the weak, old, young nave, and unsuspecting good people!!!

This was the wrong apple to bite into now you started the poison. My brother is well known at his company A co-worker of his said, Thats ok let them arrest you; I will bail you out and sue them for false imprisonment, I need you here at work.

Aggravated stress and other is currently being medical documented till I find out who (Capital) real isGunslinger!!! Bobby D
