FCNB Card Processing Center - Ripoff Does not help customer does not follow credit card rules for disputing bill

I have been trying for two years to get FCNB/Newport News/Credit Processing to fix my bill. I turned the matter over to an attorney and they ignore him too.

They call me about a past due amount even though I am disputing the amount so they can not request payment for the amount in dispute. I am at my wits end about how to get them to follow through and fix my problem. I know that even though they are not suppose to report me as deliquent because I am fighting the matter they still will, which will ruin my credit.
