Calling to Collect Debt - PayDay Loan

Started getting a call from this 6302339735 on the 24 Aug. Tim Connor. Once I called back some guy would pick up then transfer me to Tim Connor.

They have been calling sing 24 Aug constantly, 25th and 26 so Far.

Company - Bradley & Duncan Firm - Did research on the net nothing I found. They said he was located in Naperville, IL. I know that is valid city but no firm what so ever.

- Threatening me get arrested

- Going to be arrested

- Said I to pay $1500 to settle out of court

- Told me to fax saying to pay that amount and work with me on installments

- Wouldn't tell me what loan amount or company I borrowed from.

Damn these outsourcing bastards.

Get this told me they can stop the legal actions right way if I send them money through western union.

My advice run your credit report and know what is on it report to BBB.
