Ripoff

I was promised a credit card that I never received. I was told I could go on line and purchase things with a $1000 gift certificate and only pay shipping and handling. They withdrew $300 from my checking acct. And got nothing. They refused to send me my money back. They also gave me an 800 number that is disconnected. They called me one time and I asked why I couldn't log on to this site or why I hadn't received my credit card and they hung up on me.
