Broad Street 6th Floor trying to collect bogus debt Bloomfield NJ

As with others, JBC has presented me an outstanding debt with Fleet National Bank.interestingly, another "legal" firm tried to collect this same debt last year, but after several requests for documentation from them (which they could not provide) I never heard from them again.

JBC refused to fax me documentation, telling me I had to submit a dispute letter to them. I've contacted the NJ Atty. General's office who will be sending me a complaint form to fill out against JBC. They currently have 10 complaints on file against JBC. The sad truth though, is that there are a lot of people who will pay JBC 1,000's of dollars before JBC is shut down.
